WARRANTY

This limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship in new products purchased by customers in the all countries around the world on fiftyofflondon.com. It doesn’t cover certain things, so please read this limited warranty carefully.

WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY NOT COVER?

This limited warranty doesn’t cover any problem caused by (i) commercial use, (ii) normal wear and tear, or (iii) misuse, accident (including but not limited to collision, fire, and spilled food or liquid), neglect, abuse, alteration, unusual stress, modification, improper or unauthorized repair, or improper storage. This limited warranty is void if a product is returned with removed, damaged or tampered labels or any alterations. DITA DOES NOT WARRANT AGAINST ANY SCRATCHED, FRACTURED, OR SHATTERED LENSES. Also, consequential, indirect, and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty.

IMPORTANT NOTICE ON MANUFACTURING DEFECTS:
To report any visible manufacturing defect (e.g. frame deformation, misalignment, or design flaws), customers must notify us within three (3) calendar days of receiving the product.
Claims of this nature submitted after this period will not be accepted, as such defects are expected to be immediately noticeable upon unboxing.

This does not affect the 1-year limited warranty that covers functional issues resulting from non-user-related failure during normal use.

HOW LONG DOES THE COVERAGE LAST?

The warranty period is one (1) year from the documented date of purchase.
