Refund policy

We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are available within 3 DAYS of receiving your order. 

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

• The sunglasses must be completely unused and in brand-new condition

• All original packaging, including the branded box, cleaning cloth, authenticity cards, and any tags, must be included

• The item must not show any signs of wear, scratches, or handling

• Exchange requests must be submitted via email within the 3-day window

• Delivery costs related to the exchange process must be covered by the customer

   

We reserve the right to decline any item that does not meet these standards.

All exchanges are subject to availability.
